Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 working days (excluding customs delays)

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp/SMS.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-stitched or altered products are non-returnable.

Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item.

Process

  • Contact: Email/WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Once approved, ship the product back to our provided address.

  • Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
